Returns are accepted for either defective or damaged items, up to 15 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. The item will be exchanged for the same item.

Use the drop down menu on our contact page, and select the "Returns" tab. Complete the form to have a return label sent via email.

After a returned item is received and inspected, an email confirmation will be sent notifying the status of the return; either approval or rejection.

Refunds are only accepted for defective, or damaged items if the customer does not wish to exchange for the same item, or if the item is no longer in stock. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
